The only restriction to this, is that I will not refund on stones that you or your jeweler have damaged, scratched, dinged, chipped or whatever, and are not in the same condition as when sent. On rough uncut stones, general lapidary rules apply: if you saw it, grind it, polish it or break it, then you have bought it. Here are a few comments I've received.
